How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for early morning or late-night transfers. However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability — call us directly for urgent requests.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time. There is no extra charge for flight delays. We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we can provide child seats and booster seats upon request. Please specify the age and weight of your child when booking so we can arrange the appropriate seat. There is no additional charge for child seats.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cash. Payment can be made at the time of booking or on the day of travel. There are no credit card surcharges.

Can I book a return transfer?

Absolutely. We offer discounted return transfer rates. Simply mention your return date and time when booking and we'll arrange both legs of your journey.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Do you cover areas outside Sydney?

Yes, we cover the Greater Sydney region including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong, and the Illawarra. For destinations further afield, please contact us for a custom quote.

Are your drivers police-checked and licensed?

All our drivers hold current NSW hire car licences, have undergone police background checks, and are professionally trained. Your safety is our highest priority.
